ALICESOFT is releasing a remake of Rance 01 (after 24 years) on September 27th. It’ll have a new scenario, graphics, battle system and sound. Sagittarius’ Imouto Kansatsu chu! has been set for August 30th, while the following titles have been delayed:

Meguru Kisetsu no Yakusoku to, Tsunaida Sono Te no Nukumori to - September 27th
Hazuki topped the Otokoi chara poll and will get a dakimakura. There’s also a huge HOOKSOFT chara poll going on as part of the Rakko-san last running campaign.
TYPE-MOON’s Fate/stay night is getting a new anime adaptation from ufotable. It appears to be based on Sakura’s route.
The much-awaited visual fan book for Asa Project’s Hitotsu Tobashi Renai comes out July 25th.
Native’s 1/7 scale figure of Kimi to Kanojo to Kanojo no Koi.‘s Miyuki is quite risque (18+!). It comes out in January for ￥10,000.
Pajamas Soft will have a dakimakura of Natsu no Owari no Nirvana‘s Mihaya out at C84 and Akihabara Denkigai Matsuri 2013 Summer.
